For many years, many Telecoms/IT companies have offered Voice and IT network maintenance solutions, but, with the advent of the widespread availability of faster ADSL Broadband, we have been able to launch our new Maintenance portfolio, which includes remote maintenance and monitoring solutions as well as the traditional on-site maintenance options.

Our standard maintenance options are :

Ad-hoc Support

Available to anyone without a contract and charged on an hourly basis.

Remote call-off Support

  • Remote assistance with access to our proficient engineers
  • Pay for a set number of hours of support in advance
  • From only £30 per hour
  • No long contract

Small Site Remote Support

  • Remote assistance plus the option for a low-cost onsite visit where needed
  • Monthly or quarterly contracts - minimum term only 3 months
  • Contract price depends upon number of extensions and lines, starting at just £83 per month (if paid quarterly).

Premier Support Package

  • Unlimited* remote system support
  • Up to 3 on-site days per month included
  • Pay monthly, quarterly or annually from the equivalent of just £458 per month (if paid annually)

* Unlimited packages must adhere to our fair use policy.

We also provide bespoke maintenance/support packages for those customers whose requirements do not fit into one of our above packages, so please contact us if you have a particular requirement in mind.

All support customers have access to our dedicated support portal.  This website allows the reporting of issues 24hrs a day, 365 days a year with support then being provided according to your individual support contract timescales.
